Websites for
UK dentists.
A custom 5-page website for UK dental practices, built for free and hosted for £50 a month over 24 months. The bureau builds the site, hosts it, and keeps it running. You stay the dentist.
Orchestrix builds custom 5-page websites for UK dentists on a £50-a-month plan over 24 months. Build, UK hosting, SSL, domain in your name, monthly backups, and small content edits all included. £0 upfront. The bureau is not a dentistand does not claim sector expertise; it builds websites that work for dentists. The dentist remains the authority on the trade.
Where the current
site is losing.
UK dental practices come to the bureau when the current site is either an early-2010s template that hasn't been updated, or a portal-style practice-management URL that doesn't function as marketing. The decision-maker is usually the principal dentist. The buying logic is: clear pricing, clear NHS-vs-private framing, and a credible look that doesn't scream cheap dental tourism.
The bureau sees the same patterns repeatedly:
- NHS-vs-private services aren't clearly distinguished, causing booking-line confusion
- Treatment pricing is hidden behind 'phone for a quote', killing online conversion
- Site doesn't surface key services (Invisalign, implants, cosmetic) that drive higher-value patients
- No new-patient registration page, even though that's the most common enquiry
- Page 01HomeWhat you offer (NHS, private, mix), a clear new-patient registration CTA, and your location and hours above the fold.
- Page 02TreatmentsNHS routine, private cosmetic, Invisalign, implants, hygienist. Each with honest pricing or a price range where possible.
- Page 03New patient registrationA short form to start registration. Captures NHS or private, contact details, and any urgent issue.
- Page 04Team / aboutPhotos and qualifications of the dentists and hygienists. Trust signal.
- Page 05Contact / opening hoursPhone, email, address, hours, plus an emergency note. Map embed included.
The 5-page structure is the standard plan. If your business needs a 6th or 7th page for a specific service, the bureau will quote it separately and add it to the build, with a fixed number agreed before signing.
Mixed NHS and private practice, suburban
One principal, two associates, mostly suburban patient base. Wants new-patient registrations and to lift the visibility of the cosmetic and Invisalign services.
Private-only cosmetic dentistry
High-value treatments (implants, Invisalign, smile makeovers). Needs the site to position the practice as premium without being tacky. Currently competing with chains.
NHS-heavy practice in a high-demand area
Mostly NHS with limited private add-ons. Needs the site to handle new-patient demand clearly: when registration is open, what the wait is, what's available.
Asked by dentists.
- Does the site need GDC compliance considerations?
- Yes. Treatments and qualifications must be described accurately, claims have to be supported, and the GDC number for the principal and associates sits in the footer. The bureau follows GDC advertising standards as a default in the build.
- Can the site take new-patient registration details directly?
- The site can capture initial enquiry details via a form that delivers to your inbox. A full patient-record registration with consent forms and medical history needs to happen through your practice-management software, not the public website. The bureau links to the right system; it does not duplicate it.
- What about online booking?
- Online booking via Dentally, SOE, or a similar practice-management tool can be embedded or linked from the site. Inclusion in the £50 plan is a link or embed; a custom booking integration is quoted separately.
- How does the site handle treatment pricing?
- Whatever you're comfortable publishing, the bureau will lay out cleanly: ranges, fixed fees for common treatments, NHS bands. Hiding pricing usually loses more enquiries than it gains. The bureau will recommend the level of transparency that fits your patient base.
