We find thebusyworkslowing you down.

Systems that don’t talk to each other, and jobs your team does by hand because of it. We find them, price the fix, and build it. One fixed price. Built in weeks.

How it works

We find it. We price it. We build it.

00

The way in: a free chat

Fifteen minutes on the phone about what’s eating your week. Costs nothing, and we say straight whether a proper look at your business is worth your money.

01

We get into every corner

We sit with every part of your company: who does what, which systems hold what, what gets re-typed, what’s not talking to what. This is proper paid work at a fixed price agreed before we start, not a free brainstorm.

02

You get the fixes, priced

A plain-English report: what’s slowing you down, what we’d build to fix it, and a fixed price against each fix. Yours to keep, even if you build none of it.

03

We build

Custom solutions, built with the systems you already have where they’re good, and from scratch where nothing off the shelf fits. Fixed price, built in weeks, yours to keep.

No figures on the website on purpose: every business is a different shape, so you get a real number before any work starts, in writing, and it doesn’t move.

Automation gives the average worker 10+ hours a week back
£0to£0
a year, per person.

That’s what independent studies put the reclaimed time at, at the UK average wage, every year. The more manual your work today, the bigger the number.

Stage three · How the fixes get delivered

Four ways we build it

01

Websites

A fast, modern site built around your business, not a template. £0 up front, £50 a month, yours to keep.

  • 5-page custom build, designed for your trade
  • Fast on every phone, and ready for Google
  • Contact and booking forms wired straight to your inbox
  • Domain in your name, free to take with you

02

Automation

Copy-pasting between systems, chasing the same emails, re-typing the same data. We make those run themselves.

  • Join up the tools that don’t talk to each other
  • Auto-chase quotes, invoices and follow-ups
  • Move data between apps without re-keying it
  • Reports that build and send themselves

The receipts

Real work. Real numbers.

Big-company engagements, anonymised: proof the method works. For a small business the numbers are smaller and the timescale is weeks. All case studies →

03

Custom software

When no off-the-shelf app fits how you actually work, we build the one that does. Yours, simple, made to fit.

  • Internal tools and dashboards built around your process
  • Replace the fragile spreadsheet everything depends on
  • Customer or staff portals
  • Whatever’s missing, built to fit and yours to keep

04

Data & AI

Pull the numbers you already have into one clear dashboard, with AI reading and flagging. See what’s working at a glance.

  • One dashboard from numbers scattered across systems
  • AI that reads documents and pulls out what matters
  • Automatic alerts when something needs attention
  • Plain-English answers from your own data

What Orchestrix actually is

Orchestrix is a digital transformation consultancy based in Nottingham, working with small businesses across the whole UK. In normal words: when your business runs on copy-paste, re-typing, and a spreadsheet nobody dares touch, we build the website, the automation, or the custom software that makes the problem go away.

Every project is a fixed price agreed in writing before we start. No day rates, no retainers, no meter running. The website plan is £0 up front and £50 a month, and it’s the only price on the site because everything else gets scoped to your business first. Whatever we build is yours to keep: your domain in your name, your systems, your data, and a free export whenever you ask.

Most of the work happens remotely, so the price is the same wherever you are in the UK. Have a look at the case studies, then tell us what’s slowing you down.

Asked all the time

Straight answers.

What does a website cost per month?

Ours costs £50 a month with £0 up front. That covers a custom 5-page build (free), UK hosting, SSL, backups, and small edits, with your domain registered in your name from day one. It's the only price we publish, because everything else we do is scoped to your business first.

Who owns the website or software you build?

You do, outright. Your domain is registered in your name from day one, the code and the data are yours, and a full export of your site is free whenever you ask. The one commitment is the website plan's 24-month minimum: leave before it's up and the remaining months (£50 each) are settled first, then you take everything with you. No licence per seat, no other penalty.

Do you only work in Nottingham?

No. We're based in Nottingham and work with small businesses across the whole UK. Most of the work happens remotely over video calls and screen shares, so distance never changes the price or the timeline. Being local just adds the option of a face-to-face.

What does digital transformation actually mean for a small business?

In plain English: taking the jobs your team does by hand every day (copy-pasting between systems, chasing invoices, re-typing orders, nursing a fragile spreadsheet) and building the website, automation, or software that does them instead. No strategy decks, no programmes. Just the fix.

How long does a project take?

Weeks, not months. A website ships in a few weeks; a typical automation or internal tool takes somewhere between one and six weeks depending on scope. You'll have a timeline in writing before we start, next to the fixed price.

Is the first look at my business free?

The first chat is: fifteen minutes on the phone, no pitch, and a straight answer on whether we can help. The full look round your business (the operational audit that maps your systems and hands you a priced list of fixes) is proper paid work, at a fixed price agreed before we start. The report it produces is yours to keep whatever you decide to build.

How much does automation or custom software cost?

A fixed number, agreed in writing before any work starts, based on the shape of your specific problem. No day rates, no hourly billing, no surprise invoice. Tell us what's slowing you down and you'll have a real figure before you commit to anything.
