The chat is genuinely free and genuinely useful, even if you never hire us. That’s the point. Here’s what lands on the table in 15 minutes.

    A reply within a UK business day

    Usually same-day if you send it before mid-afternoon. No auto-responder, no CRM drip sequence, just a human reply from us.

    An honest ‘fit or no fit’

    Roughly half of triage chats end with ‘we’re not the right shop for this, but here’s who is’. That’s a feature, not a failure.

    No pitch

    The chat is a conversation, not a sales call. Bring the problem. Get 15 minutes of direct answers. Walk away with or without a next step. No pressure.

    Fixed-fee proposals only

    If a paid audit or build makes sense, you’ll get a fixed-fee proposal in writing within a week. No hourly rate quotes. No ‘we’ll see how it goes’ engagements.
