Will the site actually rank in local search?
The bureau builds the foundations (correct metadata, structured data for LocalBusiness, fast Core Web Vitals, sitemap, AI-search optimisation). Ongoing local-SEO work (citations, reviews management, link building) is separate and the bureau will recommend a specialist for that. Many plumbers do fine on Google Business Profile plus a credible website without paid SEO work, because the local competition is often weak.
Can I add online booking later?
Yes. Online booking, integration with ServiceM8 or BigChange, and similar tools are quoted as add-ons. The £50 plan covers a static 5-page brochure site; anything dynamic is priced separately and the bureau will give a fixed number before building.
What about my Google reviews?
The site can pull in Google reviews dynamically or display selected reviews as testimonial content. The first is an add-on (it needs a small integration with the Google Business Profile API); the second is included in the £50 plan as part of the page content.
Will it work on mobile? Most of my calls come from phones.
