Quick answer

Orchestrix builds clean, accessible 5-page websites for UK home-care agencieson a £50-a-month plan over 24 months. Build, UK hosting, SSL, domain in your name, monthly backups, and small content edits all included. £0 upfront. The website plan is UK-wide. We don’t run care and we don’t claim to; you stay the authority on the care, and we build the website that does it justice.

Buyer pattern · Fol. II

Where the current
site is losing.

Home-care (domiciliary) agencies come to us when they want to win private clients and recruit carers, and the website is not pulling its weight on either. The buyer is usually the owner or registered manager of a single-branch agency. They are competing on trust and reliability in a crowded local market, and the current site rarely makes either visible. Recruitment is often the more urgent pain, because carers are harder to find than clients.

We see the same patterns over and over:

  • The site does not distinguish private clients from council-funded enquiries
  • Carer recruitment is buried, even though staffing is the bigger daily problem
  • No clear service area, so out-of-area enquiries waste a callback on both sides
  • Trust signals (DBS-checked carers, training, the team) are not surfaced

Structure · Fol. IIIFig. 3.01
  1. Page 01Home
What care you provide at home, the area you cover, your approach to reliability, and clear routes for both clients and carers.
  2. Page 02About / our team
Who you are, how you recruit and train, what families can expect. Real photos, trust over polish.
  3. Page 03The care we provide
Personal care, companionship, live-in, respite, whatever you offer. Plainly described so a family understands the fit.
  4. Page 04Work with us (carers)
A proper recruitment page: what you offer carers, the area, how to apply. Usually the highest-traffic page.
  5. Page 05Contact / arrange care
An accessible enquiry form that captures the area and the level of need, plus phone.

The 5-page structure is the standard plan. If your business needs a 6th or 7th page for a specific service, we’ll quote it separately and add it to the build, with a fixed number agreed before signing.

Fol. IV·Example briefs
Brief 01Fig. 4.01

Single-branch agency growing private clients

Mostly council-funded today, wants to grow the private side. Needs the site to qualify private enquiries by area and need, and to look credible to families paying directly.

Brief 02Fig. 4.02

Agency where carer recruitment is the bottleneck

Plenty of client demand, not enough carers to meet it. Wants the careers page to lead and to make applying genuinely easy from a phone.

Brief 03Fig. 4.03

Live-in care specialist

Focused on live-in rather than visiting care. Wants the site to lead with that specialism rather than burying it among hourly services.

Fol. V·Common questions
Common questions

Asked by home-care agencies.

Can the site handle both client enquiries and carer recruitment?
Yes, and we design for both because they are different audiences. Carers and families want different things, so we give recruitment its own clear page and route applications and care enquiries to the right inbox. For many agencies the careers page is the busiest one on the site.
Will it surface our service area clearly?
Yes. A clear list of the postcodes and towns you cover saves wasted callbacks on out-of-area enquiries. We build that as standard. Live coverage maps that change automatically are an add-on we would quote separately if you need them.
Will the site be accessible for older clients and families?
Yes. We build to WCAG-friendly standards (contrast, large readable type, keyboard navigation, real-device tested) because the people arranging care are often older relatives on a phone. Accessibility is part of the standard build, not an extra.
Do you build the rostering or care-records system?
No. We build the public website only. We do not build or sell a care-records or scheduling system, and the website holds no client data. Making the rostering and call-monitoring systems you already run inspection-ready is separate operations work we can talk through later.

A real website,
for home-care agencies.

Tell us about your service and we’ll get back to you the same day. A clean website is a sensible first step, and it often leads to the inspection-ready work once it’s sorted. We’ll tell you honestly if the plan is the right fit, and steer you somewhere better if it isn’t. Prefer to talk? Ring us on 07754 218 688 any weekday.
