Is the website really free to start?
Yes. The design, build, and launch cost you nothing up front. There's no deposit and no setup fee. The 24-month hosting plan at £50 a month is what pays for the build, so you're never out of pocket to get started.
What's the £50 a month for?
UK hosting, your custom domain, an SSL certificate, monthly backups, uptime monitoring, security patches, and small content edits (phone numbers, opening hours, swapping a photo). It's the running cost of a looked-after website, and it's what lets us build the site for free up front.
What happens after I send this?
We read it the same day and get back to you to arrange a short 15-minute call. There's no audit and no pitch: we talk through what your business does, agree the five pages, and book a build slot. First call to live site is usually two to three weeks.
Can I leave later?
Yes. The domain is in your name from day one, the design is yours, and you can take the site files with you at any time at no cost. After the 24-month term the plan rolls month to month at the same £50, with 30 days' notice to leave.
