- Yes. The design, build, and launch cost you nothing up front. There's no deposit and no setup fee. The 24-month hosting plan at £50 a month is what pays for the build, so you're never out of pocket to get started.
- What's the £50 a month for?
- UK hosting, your own domain, an SSL certificate, monthly backups, uptime monitoring, security patches, and small content edits (phone numbers, opening hours, swapping a photo). It's the running cost of a looked-after website, and it's what lets us build the site for free up front.
- What happens after I send this?
- We read it the same day and get back to you to arrange a short 15-minute call. There's no audit and no pitch: we talk through your business and who the site needs to reach, agree the pages, and book a build slot. First call to live site is usually two to three weeks.
- Can I leave later?
- Yes. The domain is in your name from day one, the design is yours, and a full export of the site files is free whenever you ask. After the 24-month minimum the plan renews in 12-month terms at the same £50, with 30 days' notice before a renewal to leave at the end of the term.
