Buyer pattern · Fol. II

Where the current
site is losing.

Supported living providers come to us when the website does not explain what they do clearly to the audiences who matter: local-authority commissioners, families, and prospective staff. The buyer is usually the owner or registered manager of a provider running one or several settings. The work is varied (learning disabilities, mental health, autism, transitions), and the current site often fails to make that range legible, which costs both referrals and recruitment.

We see the same patterns over and over:

  • The range of support offered isn't legible, so commissioners and families can't tell the fit
  • Nothing speaks to local-authority commissioners, who are a key referral route
  • Recruitment of support workers is buried, even though staffing is a constant pressure
  • Site is hard to read and not accessible, which sits badly for an inclusive service

Structure · Fol. IIIFig. 3.01
  1. Page 01Home
Who you support, the kinds of settings you run, your approach to independence, and clear routes for referrals and carers.
  2. Page 02About / our approach
Your values, your team, how you support independence and choice. Real, person-centred, plainly written.
  3. Page 03The support we provide
Learning disabilities, mental health, autism, transitions, whatever you offer. Described so commissioners and families understand the fit.
  4. Page 04Work with us
A proper recruitment page for support workers: what you offer, the settings, how to apply.
  5. Page 05Contact / make a referral
An accessible form that works for both family enquiries and commissioner referrals, plus phone.

The 5-page structure is the standard plan. If your business needs a 6th or 7th page for a specific service, we’ll quote it separately and add it to the build, with a fixed number agreed before signing.

Fol. V·Common questions
Common questions

Asked by supported living services.

Can the site speak to commissioners as well as families?
Yes. Commissioners and families look for different things, so we structure the site to serve both: a clear account of who you support and how, plus a referral route that works for a local-authority team as well as a relative. We describe what you provide; we never interpret a CQC standard.
Will it make the range of support we offer clear?
That is usually the main job. We give the support you provide its own page and describe it plainly, so the fit is legible to a commissioner or family at a glance rather than buried in a generic services list.
Will the site be accessible?
Yes, and it matters more than usual for an inclusive service. We build to WCAG-friendly standards (contrast, large readable type, keyboard navigation, real-device tested) as part of the standard build, so the site reflects the values of the work.
Do you build the care-records system or reconcile data across sites?
No. We build the public website only. We do not build or sell a care-records system, and the website holds no individuals' data. Reconciling evidence across multiple settings in the systems you already run is separate operations work we can talk through once the website is live.

A real website,
for supported living services.

Tell us about your service and we’ll get back to you the same day. A clean website is a sensible first step, and it often leads to the inspection-ready work once it’s sorted. We’ll tell you honestly if the plan is the right fit, and steer you somewhere better if it isn’t. Prefer to talk? Ring us on 07754 218 688 any weekday.
