- Are you care-sector consultants?
- No, and we won't pretend to be. You're the care expert; CQC compliance decisions stay with you and your registered manager. What we bring is the systems side: we've built onboarding and evidence-chasing machinery for care settings, so we already know the shape of the paperwork, the two-track rules around conditional offers, and why the audit trail matters. We also don't do care-records or eMAR systems; there are specialist products for that.
- What does it cost?
- The website plan is the one price we publish: £0 up front and £50 a month, with the build free, your domain in your name, and everything yours to keep. Everything else (automation, custom software, data work) gets a fixed number in writing before any work starts. No day rates, no hourly billing, no surprise invoice.
- Do you need to visit us, or is it all remote?
- Most of the work happens remotely: discovery calls, the build, and handover all work fine over a video call and screen share, wherever you are in the UK. When walking the floor genuinely helps us see how the work flows through your business, and you're within reach of our Nottingham base, we come to you.
- Who owns what you build?
- You do, outright. Your domain is registered in your name from day one, the code and the data are yours, and a full export is free whenever you ask. The one commitment is the website plan's 24-month minimum, renewing in 12-month terms after; leaving mid-term settles the remaining months of the current term first.
