Where we work

Across Wales.

From Cardiff and Swansea up to Wrexham and the north coast, Welsh clients get the same remote-first build and the same fixed prices as everyone else.

Wales runs on small firms: trades and services in Cardiff, Swansea, and Newport, tourism and hospitality along both coasts, and farm and rural businesses everywhere in between. Plenty of them are still quoting from a notebook and retyping the same details into three places, which is exactly the busywork we build fixes for.

Cardiff is a straightforward train from Nottingham and Wrexham an easy drive, but in practice nearly every Welsh client works with us entirely remotely: a discovery call, a fixed number in writing, and a build that ships in weeks. The £0 up front website plan works the same in Llandudno as it does in London.

The proof

The same method, with the receipts.

These numbers come from real engagements, anonymised. They’re proof the method works at any size, not a promise of your return: for a small business the numbers are smaller and the timescale is weeks.

Asked from Wales

Common questions.

Do you cover the whole of Wales?
Yes. Cardiff, Swansea, Newport, Wrexham, Bangor, and everywhere in between. From Cardiff and Swansea up to Wrexham and the north coast, Welsh clients get the same remote-first build and the same fixed prices as everyone else. The work itself is the same wherever you are: a free chat about what's slowing you down, a fixed number in writing, and a build that ships in weeks. If you'd rather start with the website plan, the £0 up front, £50 a month offer is UK-wide too.
Do you need to visit us, or is it all remote?
Most of the work happens remotely: discovery calls, the build, and handover all work fine over a video call and screen share, wherever you are in Wales. When an on-site visit genuinely earns its place (walking the floor to see how the work actually flows, or a hardware install), we come to you. Where you sit in the UK doesn't change the engagement or the fixed price.
What does it cost?
The website plan is the one price we publish: £0 up front and £50 a month, with the build free, your domain in your name, and everything yours to keep. Everything else (automation, custom software, data work) gets a fixed number before you book a call: once we've seen the shape of the problem, we agree a fixed fee in writing before we start. No day rates, no hourly billing, no surprise invoice.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
Small UK businesses, any sector: trades, practices, schools of driving, holiday lets, care providers, manufacturers, whoever. The common thread isn't the industry, it's the pain: copy-pasting between systems, chasing the same emails, a fragile spreadsheet everything depends on, or a website that's embarrassing or missing. If the owner or a hands-on manager still knows the work personally, we'll probably get on.
Where are you actually based?
Nottingham. Orchestrix is run by Alex Sais with trusted collaborators pulled in when a build needs specialist hands, and we work with clients across the whole UK. You deal with the person doing the work: no account manager in the middle, and a phone number that gets answered. Ring 07754 218 688 any weekday.

What’s slowing your Wales business down?

Tell us, and we’ll say straight whether we can fix it and what the fixed price would be. Costs nothing to chat, and if we’re not the right fit we’ll point you at someone who is. All regions.
