Offer · Fol. I · pay monthly

A real website.
£50 a month.

Custom-designed, custom-built, UK-hosted, looked after. £50 a month for 24 months. No deposit. No setup fee. The build is included. £1,200 over the term.

Quick answer

Orchestrix builds a custom 5-page website for UK small businesses on a £50-a-month plan over 24 months minimum. The build is included; there is no deposit and no setup fee. £1,200 total over the term, hosting and small edits inside the price. The domain is registered in the client’s name from day one and a free static export is available on exit. The cost is roughly a quarter of the typical UK agency quote because there is no agency stack between the work and the client.

Side-by-side · Fol. II

£4,000 quote
or £50 a month.

80 months of the £50 plan equals one £4,000 agency quote. Over a typical small business lifetime, the monthly plan is substantially cheaper.

5-year total assumes the plan rolls onto its 30-day rolling month-to-month at the same rate after month 24. The £50 a month is fixed for the minimum term and any post-term change requires 60 days’ written notice, with cancellation under 30-day notice available if the rate changes.

Fol. III·The honest framing

Three reasons £50 a month works.

  1. 01
    Solo operator, no agency stack

No account manager, no project manager, no designer-and-developer handoff. The same person scopes, designs, builds, and hosts. That removes roughly £2,000 to £3,500 of overhead from a typical agency quote.

  2. 02
    Shared static hosting infrastructure

The hosting tier used for the £50 plan is shared UK infrastructure tuned for static 5-page sites. It is not the same product as the bureau’s £150-a-month managed VPS service, which is built for custom applications with their own server. Different price because it is genuinely a different product.

  3. 03
A 24-month commitment that earns its keep

Without the 24-month minimum, the bureau would lose money on every build. The minimum term is what makes the free build commercially viable: the monthly fee recovers the upfront cost over the period. After the term, the plan converts to a rolling basis with no further commitment.

Fol. IV·Common questions
Common questions

What people ask at the call.

Is £50 a month all I pay?
Yes, for the standard plan. £50 a month for 24 months covers the build, UK hosting, SSL, domain registration, monthly backups, monitoring, and small content edits. Orchestrix is not VAT-registered, so £50 is the actual amount taken by direct debit each month. Anything outside the standard scope (e-commerce, new pages beyond five, custom integrations) is quoted separately.
How does £50 a month compare to a £4,000 agency quote?
A £4,000 agency quote plus £30 to £100 a month hosting is £4,720 to £6,400 over 24 months. This plan is £1,200 over the same 24 months. The build standard is comparable; the difference is one operator vs an agency stack with account managers, project managers, and a designer-and-developer handoff. That overhead is what you're not paying for.
What happens after 24 months?
The plan rolls onto a 30-day rolling basis at the same £50 a month rate. You can stay, leave with 30 days' notice, or take the static export and move the site elsewhere. No price hikes are baked in for the minimum term and the bureau gives 60 days' written notice of any rate change on the rolling plan after.
Can I leave before 24 months if I need to?
Yes. The remaining months at £50 each become payable in a single settlement on cancellation. No other penalty. A full static export of the site is delivered within 5 working days of settlement. The minimum term is what makes the free build economically possible.
Why monthly instead of upfront?
Because a £3,000 to £5,000 upfront number stops a lot of UK SMBs from getting a real website at all. They end up on Wix, on a free builder, or with no site. Moving the cost from upfront to monthly, underwritten by a 24-month plan, lets the bureau serve businesses that would otherwise be priced out. The work is the same; the payment shape isn't.
